Ingredients for the Choc Mint Slushy
- 2 frozen bananas (the bigger the better
- 2 tsp raw honey (you can use alternative sweetening options if you prefer)
- 2 tsp Baobab Powder (we have listed 5 incredible benefits it will bring to your body, below)
- 1 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
- 2 Tbsp Cacao Nibs
- 6 fresh mint leaves (if you don’t have, 1 drop mint essential oil can be used)
- 2 cups ice
- water to help it blend
Blend it all together until it resembles a soft smooth “slushy” consistency. You can finish it off with a sprinkle of pecan nuts, cacoa nibs & mind leaves.
